1. Why does the SATONIC 8.9-inch screen display black or show “No Signal”?

This happens because the front view camera is not installed or the front view camera is damaged. Please enter the settings menu, turn off the “Front Camera” option, and test again.

2.Why can’t the SATONIC 8.9-inch screen work with Android Auto?

This is because HiCar is enabled. Please go to the settings menu and turn off HiCar. After that, Android Auto will appear and work normally.

3. Why doesn’t Google Maps work in Android Auto or CarPlay in Korea?**

The Korean government blocks Google Maps network access, so you can’t use Google Maps on your cellphone, CarPlay, or Android Auto in Korea. However, you can use other local navigation apps, such as T Map.

4. Why the navigation (Tmap, Naver or others ) can not work in Carplay, But Our car screen navigation is ok?

It’s because you didn’t start the CarPlay navigation. You should launch the navigation from your phone.

5. I currently have a Model 3 Highland but would change to the Model Y Juniper in December 2025. Does this screen work for both Teslas?

Yes, there are two connectors , one for Model 3 Highland and another for New Model Y Juniper
