5.There is a reset hole located beneath the SD card slot. This is a pop-up button that can be pushed out and pressed back into place—this is not a sign of damage! ! !

Please take a photo of your car's original radio, provide the make, model, and year of your vehicle, and contact customer service to confirm whether this car radio is compatible with your vehicle (please make sure the entire center console is clearly visible in the photo).




Note 2: 
1. Before placing your order, please confirm whether your vehicle is equipped with a "BOSE" logo or an amplifier from another brand. If your vehicle is equipped with a BOSE amplifier or an amplifier from another brand, you will need to purchase a fiber optical box. Otherwise, there will be no sound after installing the radio.
2. If your car does not have an amplifier, you do not need to purchase a fiber optical box.
3. If you are unsure whether your car has an amplifier, please take a photo of the original wiring and speakers and contact customer service.
Please note: All Porsche sound systems currently available on the market only support the front stereo speakers; the rear stereo speakers will not function properly. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
