1. Shipment will be arranged within 2 working days after payment is cleared as long as buyer's information and shipping address is confirmed.

2. We usually ship by DHL, FedEx or EMS. You can choose the most economic way among them.

3. Remote area fee excluded, for addresses listed in the remote areas on DHL/UPS website, an extra US$40-50 will be charged.

>>>IMPORT TAX

We are not liable for any import tax, custom fees or customs delay. If the parcel is returned to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay

the above fees, we will not resend the parcel until the buyer completes those fees and pays all return and resend costs. The buyer

cannot cancel the order or request a refund based on the above reason.

>>>RETURN AND WARRANTY

1. All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after signing on

the receipt. We will refund or replace it.

2. Returns within 2 years from the purchase date can be repaired.

3. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost. All returns

must be confirmed by our after-service staff; we are not liable for any return package without prior notice.

*For non-defective returns, an administrative fee will be applied. We offer a 1-year factory warranty (accessories not included).
