1. Delete Bluetooth and Wi-Fi from a clean phone. Reset car factory settings and re-pair.
2. After re-pairing, do not connect to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi other than the box.
3. After re-pairing, to ensure automatic connection next time, please keep the phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on, and the CarPlay automatic connection switch on the phone is turned on.
If you are still experiencing issues, try upgrading the smart box.
1. Connect the smart box to a mobile phone charger's USB port for power.
2. Open phone settings, turn on Wi-Fi, and manually connect the smart box device.

Q: What is the password for Wi-Fi connection?
A: What we need to connect to is Bluetooth, not Wi-Fi. Note: Bluetooth plays the role of pairing in the dongle's operation. Once pairing is complete, only Wi-Fi is needed for the operation. So, turning off Bluetooth doesn't matter. But next time you use it, you still need to turn on Bluetooth to allow the dongle to automatically pair and connect.
Q: Does the light on the wireless CarPlay adapter stay on when the car is turned off?
A: Because the car doesn't cut off all power immediately when it's off. The dongle won't go off immediately, but it will take some time. Rest assured, it consumes so little power that it won't drain your car battery.
Q: Calls are rejected or diverted to voicemail.
A: 1). Please check your phone's Bluetooth to see if it's connected to another device. If so, ignore other automatically connected Bluetooth devices or simply turn off Bluetooth. 2). Clear programs running in the background of the phone when using the dongle.

There are 4 default modes available - Default (a stable setting suitable for most car models), Mode 1 (a stable setting for some car models), Mode 2 (adaptive setting based on car parameters), Mode 3 (unmodified car audio output settings). Generally, we recommend using "Default" mode and "Mode 2". You can also try other modes for best results. 3) Please restart the phone before using the dongle again. 4).
